PerformCare is the contracted service provider for the NJ Department of Children and Families (DCF) Children’s System of Care (CSOS). If parents are concerned about their child’s mental health, please use the contacts below. CSOC can provide all children and adolescents – regardless of insurance status – with coordinated access to mental health supports, substance abuse treatment, and services for intellectual and developmental disabilities. The New Jersey Youth Suicide Prevention Advisory Council also has created a learning portal, Prevent Suicide NJ, for educators, families, youth, and community members to access resources and training. Mental health concerns and suicide risk is at the forefront as never before.
